Aireklean offers a variety of low to high efficiency air filters. We offer air filters for different applications requiring low to high performance and high efficiency ranging from G4 to F9 such as cardboard , extended surface bag filters and compact filters including V- Bank minipleat types, carbon filters for odour management, VOC's and gaseous contaminants. We also offer HEPA and ULPA grade air filters for cleanroom applications.

Panel Filters Designed to operate in most installations available in 1",2" and 4" nominal thickness. The filters have an average atmospheric dust spot efficiency range of 30-35% and an average arrestance of 90-94% per ASHRAE Standard 52.1-2017 test method.
Extended Surface Bag Filter Extended Surface Bag Filter is a high capacity air filter composed of individual pockets assembled in a metal support frame. It is designed for use in those areas requiring a higher degree of air cleanliness. Filters are available in average efficiency ranges of 45-50%, 60-65%, 80-85%, and 90-95% per ASHRAE Standard 52.1 - 2017 Atmospheric Dust Spot Test procedures (equal to EN779).
Rigid Filters Rigid S-Series filter provides medium to high efficiency and offers long service life. It is available in average efficiency ranges of 40-50%, 60-65%, 80-85%, 90-95% and greater than 95% per AHSRAE Atmospheric Dust Spot Test ASHRAE 52.1 - 2017 equal to EN779 or ISO 16890.
Compact Filter Compact CELL extended surface ASHRAE rated separator-type air filter is designed for use in any commercial or industrial HVAC systems where medium to high efficiency is required. Compact-CELL is available in average efficiency ranges of 60-65%, 80-85%, and 90-95% per ASHRAE Atmospheric Dust Spot Test. (ASHRAE 52.2 or EN779 ISO 16890)
Compact Filter MULTI V-CELL filters with multiple minipleat in a plastic configuration effectively removes air contaminants such as fine dust, smoke vapor,  sool, pollen, bacteria etc. The unique design of V-type offers a wide range of dirt removal efficiencies with very low resistance. It comes in 4 efficiency ranges of 60-65%, 80-85%, 90-95% and 98% by ASHRAE Atmospheric Dust Spot Test (ASHRAE 52.1-2017 or EN779 ISO16890)
HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter) HEPA STD and HI Series provides a minimum of 99.97% overall efficiency on thermally generated mono-disperse 0.3 micronmeter particles. The STD Series is generally operated at velocities of 275 FPM (for depth of 11 1/2 inches), 175 FPM (for depth of 5 7/8 inches) and the HI Series is up to 500 FPM (for depth of 11 1/2 inches). It comes in a high density particle board frame, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel frames. Each filter is individually tested and certified to have a minimum guaranteed efficiency and the results of DOP test are indicated in accordance with US MIL-STD-282 for resistance and penetration at the filter's nominal capacity
Disposable Module HEPA Filter The Disposable Module Hepa Filters is a ducted supply module designed for cleanroom applications. This is designed for cleanrooms, laboratories, or any controlled area requiring clean air from Class M 6.5 (100,00) ISO 14644 Level 8 to Class M 1.5 (1) ISO 14644 Level 3.
MINI PLEAT Panel Type (HEPA/ULPA) For cleanroom, work stations, benches, FFU separatorless filter pack available in 2" and 4" depths with various frame style and sizes.
Activated Carbon Filter Activated Carbon with filled cylindrical cartridges filter is very effective in the management of VOC's, odour removal, gaseous contaminants.  It maybe installed for supply and exhaust. Made of galvanized or stainless steel.

Metal Filter Housing Frames Made of GI Metal or Stainless Steel Frames. It can be used for Panel, Bag. and Compact Filters with leakproof gasket and clips. Available in different sizes.
